Charming one bedroom condo! Incredible views of Fort Worth, The Omni Hotel, Water Gardens! The lighting along Lancaster is amazing! Second Owner! Always impeccably maintained and loved! Happy colors throughout! Separate bedroom for privacy. The kitchen and bath boast granite counter tops! The appliances all stay including refrigerator, stacked washer and dryer, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, microwave. The level of the view is actually from the 9th floor since two levels below are not counted. The ceilings are the cool industrial type and are painted darker which just makes them seem even taller than they are! Large open living area to the kitchen! In the bath room the tub has been changed to a shower and a door is being installed soon! So contemporary yet historic and industrial all rolled in to this amazing place! A double or queen bed work nicely in the bedroom! Owner would leave the furnishings if this would be to your liking. Currently there is a double bed here. There is a private, gated entrance with a 24 hour concierge! Beautifully maintained common areas including the FABULOUS Owner's Lounge that can be reserved by the residents for events or parties at no cost! There is a great kitchen and access if needed to the covered Porch area where you can sit at the fire pit and have a drink and visit! Beyond the Concierge Lobby you see the elevator to the parking, the fitness center and resistance pool and access out to the tunnel to the TRE commuter rail and Tex-Rail commuter. Why drive to DFW airport or Dallas when you can relax and ride and sleep or work? If you need to drive I-30, I-35 and 121-183 and others are so easy to access! Walking in Downtown Fort Worth is easy and lovely! There is a great bus system as well! Walk to all of the high spots including FW Water Gardens or over 20 other green spaces, restaurants, shopping, sight seeing. Fort Worth is now the 10th largest city in the US. Come! Stay!
